1. Spell’s Warehouse Sale is online via Spell’s website for a limited time - 2 days only from:

Thursday, 13 April 2023 at 10am (AEST) until Friday, 14 April 2023 at 11.59pm (AEST) on our Australian website at https://aus.spell.co/collections/online-warehouse-sale;
Warehouse Sale stock is limited and is a mix of seconds, past collections and discounted items.

2. Warehouse Sale stock is subject to availability. We aim to replenish stock online however, not all Spell collections and sizes are available during our Warehouse Sale, as we may sell out.
3. Spell will be operating a strict no returns, no credit, no exchange, no refunds policy on items purchased at the Warehouse Sale for change of mind, are misused items, or where customers were made aware of the seconds, past collections and discounted items before purchase.
4. Customers cannot return, credit, exchange or refund Warehouse Sale items to our online store or boutique. Your consumer guarantees and rights still apply under the Australian Consumer Law 2010 (Cth).
5. Cash, Gift Cards, Gift Vouchers, EFTPOS and all major credit cards including VISA, Mastercard, and American Express are accepted as payment.
6. Discount Codes, Curator’s Club discount cannot be used.
7. We may ask for your personal information including your name, email, telephone number at the checkout and if you wish to subscribe to opt-in to our database for sales and marketing purposes. Personal information provided to Spell will only be collected, used and disclosed in accordance with Spell’s Privacy Policy at https://aus.spell.co/pages/privacy-policy and will not be sold, reused, rented, loaned or otherwise disclosed to any third party, otherwise than in accordance with Spell’s Privacy Policy and the The Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
8. Our Terms of Use for the sale of our Warehouse Sale products online still apply for all other terms and conditions. If there is any inconsistency or conflict between these Warehouse Sale Terms and our Terms of Use, these Warehouse Sale Terms shall prevail and take precedence.
