Career Position



Reporting to the Head of Digital and Sales, the Buyer creates, manages and executes the product matrix & buys to maximise sales and gross margin. With an intrinsic understanding of product to help curate collections and drive growth, this role collaborates with the Head of Product in identifying new trends, styles and range planning, also negotiating pricing with all suppliers.


  • Identify new product opportunities and refine product mix
  • Liaise and collaborate with relevant departments to ensure projects are executed in line with company’s strategic goals
  • Create, manage and execute seasonal buys, gross margin, and inventory strategies
  • Use customer insights to ensure product and buying architecture is in line with Brand DNA
  • Ensure go to market calendar is met and critical path is followed
  • Report weighted margin post-buy
  • Provide detailed reports on Post Season range review, provide advice based on analysis
  • Conduct and share solid competitor and trend analysis
  • Develop ranges that align with both Northern and Southern Hemisphere
  • Review and analyse seasonal sampling costs
  • Update Style Arcade following seasonal buy
  • Report on launch day results to studio team
  • Monitor and record number of styles developed, taken to bulk and cancellation rate
  • Update matrix vs actual to provide design & tech team parameters regarding changes to achieve a well-rounded collection



You will be a dynamic Buyer with the ability to inspire our team and lead by example. You will have a successful track-record of delivering season on season growth and be familiar with our brand mix and market. You will have an exceptional ability to forecast market trends and deeply understand your business by the numbers which enables you to set the strategy to scale the business. You are customer obsessed, a high performer and have an unequivocal eye for product.



      • A minimum of 5 years within a product & buying apparel role
      • Strong understanding of market and trend analysis  
      • Advanced analytical, reporting and Excel skills
      • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
      • Able to use logic and methods to solve problems with effective solutions
      • Strong interpersonal skills to communicate and build relationships at all levels
      • Excellent time management with the ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks and take initiative


      • Advanced skills with Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
      • Strong interest in art and culture
      • Willing and able to travel domestically and internationally as needed
      • Able to use logic and methods to solve problems with effective solutions
