With Spell HQ being located in the Arts and Industrial Estate of Byron Bay, we’re surrounded by a melting pot of some of the best creatives and entrepreneurs Byron has to offer. Follow along with our good friend Anita Ghise as we show you our favourite spots to move, eat and relax!
Located right opposite our HQ, HUSTL is a favourite amongst most of our Spell Angels! The trainers are so motivating and we love that each class feels different, whilst still incorporating the functional benefits of pilates, strength training and circuit training.
Great for a morning energy hit to get you ready to conquer your day!
Whether it be starting or ending our day here, Creature Yoga never fails to bring us back in alignment and feeling centred. It’s a beautiful, modern space that nourishes you from the inside out! We love setting our daily or weekly intentions here and finding a moment to pause and practice gratitude.
A little slice of Greece right here in Byron! Kouzina offers the most delicious Greek food and an atmosphere so authentic it transports you straight to Greece. It’s the perfect spot to gather, feast, rejoice and relax. We also can’t go past an afternoon coffee and baklava – how could we say no when it’s right across the road?
A definite favourite amongst our Angels. We love strolling to Bare Blends on a warm, sunny Byron day for their smoothies! The hardest part is choosing what to order amongst all of the delicious, natural, plant powered options. If you have the time, we love to sit outside on the picnic rugs in the sun and take a moment to relax.
With Pinterest-worthy interiors Comma is one of our favourite places to practice self-care! It’s so easy to forget to take much needed time for yourself amongst life’s daily pressures, but Comma takes the stress out of self-care with their signature massage therapies, crafted with intention and intuition. We always leave feeling more calm and rejuvenated.
The perfect place to hit pause and treat yourself. From the moment you step inside Little Company their dreamy interiors whisk you away to an oasis of relaxation. They believe beauty and skincare is an ongoing ritual and are always so helpful in teaching us little ways we can incorporate self-care practices and rituals in our own home. Definitely a must-visit if you’re in Byron!
We hope you love our guide to our favourite spots around the Arts and Industrial Estate of Byron. Happy adventuring!
